Naturalism of the production of cosmetics and well-being needs of the contemporary buzzword in recent yearswith the development of the popularity of natural cosmetics organic cosmetics increases more ‘natural’ cosmetics‘organic’ cosmetics market share is expected to be even higher. Organic cosmetics global demand is already highand the consumer’s right to know for smart consumption of cosmetics regulations naturalism can be called whenneeded. Limitations in the use of color cosmetics natural pigments synthesized tones compared to reproducibility,standardization issues and instability in the supply of raw materials, such as soybean expensive raw material, butthe development of biotechnology and chemistry has brought rapid growth of naturalistic color cosmetics. Skin careand color cosmetics in the future is a common functional complex in the color cosmetics and organic cosmeticswill be expanded to the full commercialization, limited to cosmetic facial cosmetics, as well as all 13 types will beexpanded. Therefore incompatible with the formulation of the national limit of adjustment control regulations andlaws are needed. In particular, the natural sources of national income of the country relies on highly, and thereforethe amount of naturalistic color cosmetics research and development colorant may be a more urgent.
