The purpose of this study is to clarify the meaning of happiness as aim of The essence of human being that the church social work accept as its foundation is the image of God. The Trinity, the core of the image of God is the foundation of the concept of community. For the church is the image of God shown in the form of community, it is its duty to proceed the welfare of human being. In this study, Dail Community is analysed as a model of church social work and its spirit and attribute is explained to suggest and indicate the tasks of church social work. Dail Community, in the spirit of ‘Union in diversity’, comes from tolerance to reconciliation, from reconciliation to devotion and from devotion to obedience. The community practices, lives and serves accordingly to its spirituality to form a church as the body of Jesus Christ. Spirituality is the foundation of all devotion and devotion is the essence of spirituality. This indicates the ideal model of church social work and Christian social welfare.

교회사회사업의 토대로서 인간의 본질은 하나님의 형상이다. 하나님 형상의 핵 심은 삼위일체로서 공동체 개념의 근거다. 교회는 공동체로서 나타나는 하나님 의 형상이다. 따라서 공동체는 인간의 복지를 위한 교회의 사명이기도 하다. 본 연구는 교회사회사업의 모델로서 다일공동체를 분석하고 그 정신과 특성 을 설명함과 동시에 교회사회사업의 중요한 과제를 제시하고자 하였다. 다일공 동체는 ‘다양성 가운데 일치’의 정신으로 포용에서 화해로, 화해에서 섬김으로, 섬김에서 순명으로 나아간다. 이러한 정신에 따라 영성을 수도하며, 함께 생활 하고, 봉사로서 섬기며, 그리스도의 몸 된 교회를 이루어가고 있다. 영성은 모든 섬김의 기반이고, 섬김은 영성의 꽃이다. 이는 교회사회사업과 기독교사회복지의 이상적 모델을 제시한다.
