The land was located in a large metropoitan area in the urban spatial structure ca have a decisive influence. However, for reasons of funding for moving most of the land for construction of the housing development is being promoted as a site. In this study, to provide direction to take advantage of land area are familiar with the local governments have led, and through analysis of Local Self-Sufficiency to secure the necessary function in the proposed Land Utilization. Self-Sufficiency analysis sufficient urban setting indicators and statistics were compared with the Gyeonggi-province‘s average. Through this study, the city due to the movement of public institutions without losing the existing competitive, more competitive with sufficient city to take advantage of the site to be a common basis is presented.
