A classroom-friendly teacher is a person who can effectively perform educational activities that meet the values and principles in the classroom. They also should have appropriate views and minds on education and general capabilities of expertise and techniques in teaching, counseling students, classroom management, classroom research, extra-curricular activities, and self-development. In addition, a classroom-friendly teacher should have the capabilities to absorb and utilize knowledge on music class so that effectively and efficiently help students to learn it. This study is aimed at examining the ways to relate education and appointment of a classroom-friendly teacher. To that end, this study considers the required capabilities of a classroom-friendly music teacher, current training curriculum for teachers and appointment system and suggests the ways to reinforce education and appointment of a classroom-friendly teacher. A classroom-friendly teacher can be nurtured by training through human, material, and administrative assistance that the government and training centers of each province provide. It is also expected that classroom teachers can be nurtured more effectively and efficiently by expanding the third round of appointment examination that is appropriate for measuring capabilities of classroom-friendly teachers and improving the overall system of the appointment examination.

교실친화적 음악교사는 학교 교육의 현장에서 교육 본연의 가치와 원리에 부합하는 교육활동을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있으며, 바른 교육관과 교직태도를 가지고 교과수업, 생활지도, 학급경영, 현장연구, 특활지도, 자기개발 등에 필요한 전문적 지식과 기술 등의 일반적인 교실친화적 교사 능력과 더불어 음악교과 내용지식의 습득 및 활용 그리고 이러한 내용지식을 학생들에게 효과적이며 효율적, 매력적으로 가르칠 수 능력을 갖춘 사람이다.본 연구는 이러한 교실친화적 음악교사의 양성과 임용의 연계 방안을 모색하기 위해 교실 친화적 음악교사의 능력 요소와 현행 음악교사의 양성을 위한 교육과정, 현행 음악교사 임용시험 체제 등을 고찰하여 보았고, 교실친화적인 음악교사의 양성 방안과 임용 강화 방안을 제안하였다. 교실친화적 음악교사는 대학의 양성기관이나 각 시․도교육청의 연수기관 그리고 국가의 적극적인 관심 속에 인적, 물적, 제도적(행정적) 지원을 통한 교육이 이루어질 때 효과적으로 양성될 수 있으며, 교실친화적 음악교사의 능력과 특성을 측정하기에 적합한 임용고사 3차 시험의 확대와 임용고사의 전체적인 체제 개선은 교실친화적 음악교사를 양성하는 데에 효과적이며 효율적인 도움을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
