- This study has attempted qualitative analyzing about the developmental process of knowledge-skill, self understanding, and ecological aspects of a kindergarten teacher through the nondirective supervision. The results indicated, for the effective supervision, the teacher development had to be understood totally, appropriate supervision types and methods had to be selected depending on the teachers' developmental levels. Additionally, substantial and continual supports from the outside should be required for the teacher development.

- 본 연구는 유치원 교사가 자기 장학을 통해 지식과 기술, 자기 이해, 그리고 생태적 측면에서 어떻게 발달해 가는지를 질적으로 분석하여 유치원 교사가 자기 장학을 실시하는 과정에서 나타나는 효과와 한계는 무엇이며, 세 측면간의 연관성은 어떠한지를 알아보고자 한 것이다. 그 결과, 교사 발달은 지식과 기술, 자기 이해, 그리고 생태적 측면에서 상호 밀접한 관련이 있기 때문에 포괄적으로 이해되어야 하며, 교사 발달을 지원하기 위해서는 교사 발달 수준에 적합한 장학의 유형 및 방법의 적용과 구체적인 외부 지원이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
