- Korea’s convention industry has been growing rapidly in recent decades and many convention facilities have opened to meet growing industry needs. COEX, the leading convention facility in Korea, has been working to expand its capacity in facility management and service quality. The purpose of this study is to observe any differences between meeting planners and convention organizers expectations and their degree of satisfaction before and after their conferences. 50 meeting planners and convention organizers participated on this survey and it showed that COEX should concentrate its performance on serving quality of meeting rooms, better prices, and overall affordability.
