The purpose of this study is to analyze the relative importance and priority of the National Park Service's goal seeking. Therefore, to promote the National Park Service's long-term goal, professional groups target the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to analyze the relative importance and priority of the goal pursuing. The analysis explains the National Park Service to focus on natural ecological values and restoration and core function to focus on value creation and strengthening of administrative efficiency and explore natural parks and recreation for the provision of services that were constantly strive. In addition, the relative importance of sub-projects and priorities at the level of the natural ecological value of expansion of the core areas of special protection zone, ecosystem restoration, including restoration and conservation of natural ecosystem is the most important core functions. Thus, the National Park Service in the future conservation and restoration of the ecosystem to achieve the mission' top priority default value is needed to pursue a natural and ecological resources at the same time through the efficient use of sustainable social and economic value creation.

본 연구의 목적은 국립공원관리공단이 추구하는 추진목표에 대한 상대적 중요성과 우선순위를 분석하는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 국립공원관리공단의 중장기 추진목표에 대해서 전문가집단을 대상으로 계층분석법(AHP)을 활용한 상대적 중요도 분석을 통해 추진목표의 우선순위를 도출함으로써 공단이 추구해야 할 핵심기능을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 공단은 생태계보전 및 복원과 자연가치 창출에 핵심적 역량을 집중해야 하며, 자연공원 관리효율성의 강화와 탐방 및 휴양서비스의 제공을 위해서 지속적으로 노력해야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 하위사업 수준에서의 상대적 중요도 및 우선순위에서는 자연생태가치의 확대, 특별보호구역 지정으로 핵심지역 보호, 자연생태계 복원 및 회복 등 자연생태계의 보전 및 복원 등이 가장 중요한 핵심기능으로 나타났다. 따라서 앞으로 국립공원관리공단은 생태계의 보전과 복원이라는 기본적 임무의 달성을 최우선적 가치로 추구하는 것이 필요함고 동시에 자연생태자원의 효율적 활용을 통한 친환경적인 사회경제적 가치를 창출하기 위해서도 노력해야 할 것이다.
