This paper aims to study on the employment status of irregular school workers. The school is unlike other irregular business specificity. School as public sector offers service a wide range and having the status of contingent gathered. But Research on irregular schools workers are less. In this study, It will be reviewed objectively of irregular school worker’s status. How to be socially excluded, for irregular workers being discriminated against as a direct experience of discrimination and exclusion would be to figure out. This study is performed questionnaire and interview survey and tried to compare against the discriminatory perceptions. Investigation was conducted at the level of employment status and employee benefits. The results of the study, irregular schools workers feel relative deprivation and discrimination in a variety of fields. Even so 86.9% respondents feels their task was to contribute to the development of schools and education. This paper suggest system design of the same treatment in the same assay services (benefits, wages, bonuses, social welfare, education, overtime compensation, etc.) In addition, the same retirement age and number of years of employment with career is recognized as an alternative.

본 연구는 학교라는 공간이 생산직 노동현장과는 달리 서비스영역이면서 동시에 공간규모에 비해 다양한 역할과 지위를 갖는 비정규직들이 모여 있는 공간이기 때문에 다른 비정규직 사업장과는 다 른 특수성을 갖고 있는 점을 감안, 학교 비정규직 근로자에 대한 연구가 전무한 상황에서 이들의 실 태를 객관적으로 검토하고, 어떻게 사회적으로 배제되고, 차별을 받고 있는지에 대해 비정규직근로 자로서 직접 경험하는 차별과 배제를 파악하는 것이다. 학교 비정규직 근로자를 대상으로 설문과 면접조사를 병행하여 직종별 차별적 인식에 대한 비교를 시도하였다. 조사는 크게 근로실태와 복리후생적 차원에서 실시되었으며, 분석결과 비정규직 근로 자가 느끼는 상대적 박탈감과 차별은 임금, 고용, 근로실태, 업무부담, 복리후생, 직무연수 등 다양한 분야에서 존재하고 있었다. 그럼에도 자신의 업무가 학교 및 교육발전에 기여하고 있다고 응답자의 86.9%로 나타났다. 분석결과에 의해 본 연구에서는 사회통합과 양극화문제 해소를 위해 동일 업무 수행에 있어서 동일 직종 동일 대우(수당,임금,상여금,복지,교육,초과근무보상 등)에 적극적인 제도의 설계와 함께 고용 상 문제에 있어 직종별 차별 없는 정년의 동일보장과 함께, 호봉제와 근속년수 등 경력 인정 등을 대 안으로 제시하였다.
