The purpose of the present study is to investigate the level of donors' willingness to continue to donate to nursing homes for older people and to identify factors influencing willingness to continue to donate to nursing homes for older people. A convenient sample was taken of the donors donating to nursing homes for older people in G Metropolitan City. A total of 378 questionnaires were used in the statistical analyses. The results of the study are as follows. First, there were no significant relationships between donors’ financial factors and willingness to continue to donate. Second, attitudes toward donation and satisfaction with giving behavior had a positive effect to willingness to continue to donate, respectively. Third, performance of the organization, trust, and commitment were all statistically significant factors influencing donors' willingness to continue to donate. Fourth, attitudes toward social welfare facilities proved to have no significant effect to willingness to continue to donate. Finally, the amount of money donated and the duration of donation had no significant effect to willingness to continue to donate, respectively. Implications for enhancing willingness to continue to donate were discussed.

본 연구의 목적은 노인요양시설에 대하여 기부행위를 하고 있는 개인들의 기부지속의사에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명함으로써 비영리부문의 기부활동 증진에 기여할 수 있는 함의를 도출하는 데 있다. G광역시의 노인요양시설에 대해 기부행위를 하고 있는 기부자 집단으로부터 수집된 378부의 설문지를 대상으로 위계적회귀분석 등 통계분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기부자의 재정상황 요인은 기부지속의사에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 기부에 대한 태도와 기부에 대한 만족도는 기부지속의사에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 기관의 사업 성취도, 기관에 대한 신뢰, 기관에 대한 몰입은 기부지속의사에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 사회복지기관에 대한 태도는 기부지속의사에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 다섯째, 기부자의 현재의 기부활동 수준은 기부지속의사에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이상의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 기존 기부자의 기부지속의사 증진과 관련된 연구의 이론적ㆍ실천적 함의를 논의하였다.
