- Maintenance projects, such as redevelopment or reconstruction are in the interests of the many. So, there are easy occurring between the two. I took 82 cases of regeneration projects and 73 cases since July 2003 for the basis of my work. Therefore, this study focuses on two main purposes. First, Maintenance and related business litigation case and law relating to the revision of the review. To find out what It was Reflected in institutional improvement. Second, to suggest policy implications through a step-by-step analysis of litigation and urban regeneration law reform with the causal relationship
