This study examines the relationships between early childhood preservice teachers' career decision-making self-efficacy, career attitude maturity, and psychological well-being. The survey data from 178 early childhood preservice teachers was collected, and analyzed using Pearson's correlation analysis, multicultural regression analysis and Sobel test. The results of this study are as follows. First, career decision-making self-efficacy influenced psychological well-being. Among career decision-making self-efficacy's sub-variables, self- estimation and problem solving significantly influenced psychological well-being. Second, career decision-making self-efficacy influenced career attitude maturity. Among career decision- making self-efficacy's sub-variables, target setting and future planning significantly influenced career attitude maturity. Third, career attitude maturity influenced psychological well-being. Among career attitude maturity's sub-variables, determinacy, readiness and confidence significantly influenced psychological well-being. Forth, career attitude maturity partially mediated the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy and psychological well-being. The study results reveal the importance of career attitude maturity by verifying its mediation effect on the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy and psychological well-being. The findings of this research can provide useful information for the career consulting programs for early childhood preservice teachers.

본 연구의 목적은 예비 유아교사의 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로태도성숙, 심리적 안녕감이 서로 어떤 영향을 미치는지, 진로결정 자기효능감이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에서 진로태도성숙이 매개효과를 갖는지를 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 예비 유아교사 178명을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 진로결정 자기효능감은 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미쳤으며, 진로결정 자기효능감의 하위변인 중 자기평가와 문제해결이 높을수록 심리적 안녕감이 높았다. 둘째, 진로결정 자기효능감은 진로태도성숙에 영향을 미쳤으며, 진로결정 자기효능감의 하위변인 중 목표설정과 미래계획이 높을수록 진로태도성숙이 높았다. 셋째, 진로태도성숙은 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미쳤으며, 진로태도성숙의 하위변인 중 결정성, 준비성, 확신성이 높을수록 심리적 안녕감이 높았다. 넷째, 진로결정 자기효능감이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에서 진로태도성숙은 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로태도성숙, 심리적 안녕감의 관계를 확인하였으며, 진로결정 자기효능감이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에서 진로태도성숙의 부분매개효과를 밝힘으로써 진로태도성숙의 중요성을 입증하였다. 또 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 주요 진로 변인을 밝힘으로 예비 유아교사의 진로상담 프로그램 개발에 유용한 경험적 근거를 제공하였다.
