This study had focused on disabled and their family issues. Especially, non-disable siblings' stress and sibling relationship satisfaction's effects on happiness. For this, survey had executed hospital, rehabilitation hospital, welfare-center, school and disability school at Seoul. 300 questionnaires had distributed and 194 questionnaires were withdrawal. sampling was significant and discretion. Data was analyzed by SPSS 18.0 with frequencies, descriptive, t-test, pierson's r and multiple regression. Results are as followed, Non-disable siblings' private time which is subordinate factor of Stress has negative effects on all factors of happiness and it is significant. Factor of sibling relationship satisfaction's kindness and intimacy are positive significant effects on happiness. Implications and limitations are as follows, First, Family support program for disables' family. As mentioned above, disability is not only personal issue but also their family's issue. Programs which support families needs can called as welfare service. Second, Programs for non-disable sibling's stress reduce program should be spread. Finding out stressor and dealing with it. Third, Follow research should be execute. this study dealt with siblings only, following study will be dealing with whole family. and it will eventually find solution for disables and their families happiness. Last, limitation of this study is cross-sectional and sampling is not probability so it is hard to generalize.

본 연구는 장애인과 그 가족의 문제에 초점을 맞추어 형제의 스트레스와 형제관계만족감이 비장애 형제 의 행복감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 알아보고자 하였으며, 이를 통하여 비장애 형제의 행복감 증진에 도움이 될 수 있는 실천적 함의를 이끌어 내고자 하였다. 주요 연구대상은 서울시와 수도권 내의 종합병원, 재활병원, 복지관, 치료센터 및 특수학교와 일반학교 특수반에 다니는 장애 아동 및 청소년의 형제 중에서 초, 중, 고등학교, 대학교에 재학 중인 비장애형제로 이들이 장애 형제에 대해 가지고 있는 스트레스와 형제관계 만족감 및 행복감에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 스트레스의 하위요인인 비장애형제의 개인생활 요인이 모든 모형에 있어 행복감의 각 하위요 인에 대하여 통계적으로 유의미한 부적 영향을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 형제관계 만족감의 하위요 인인 온정 ․ 친밀감은 행복감에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 장애형제를 둔 비장애 형제의 스트레스와 형제관계 만족감은 행복감에 정적 또는 부적 영향을 명백하게 주고 있다고 할 수 있 다.
