The goal of this paper is to study how antecedent factors of SCEM practices affect supply chain environment management (SCEM) practices of Korea’s export manufacturing firms. Along with that, whether SCEM practices have effects on the business performance of theirs or not is examined. Referring to previous studies, this study uses the antecedent factors of SCEM practices such as green purchase , environmental regulation, partnership, organizational cooperation, and reverse logistics. The result of this study based on the above, environmental regulation and reverse logistics affect SCEM practices of Korean exporting manufacturing firms. And SCEM practices affect the business performance of theirs.

본 연구의 목적은 한국 수출제조기업의 친환경공급사슬관리(SCEM) 실행에 영향을 미치는 선행요인이 무엇인 지 연구하고자 하였다. 아울러 수출제조기업의 SCEM 실행이 사업성과 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다. 기 존 문헌연구를 통하여 본 연구에서는 SCEM 실행 요인으로 녹색구매활동, 환경규제, 파트너십, 조직협조, 역물 류관리 요인을 사용하였다. 연구결과 환경규제와 역물류관리가 SCEM 실행에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 SCEM 실행이 수출 제조기업의 사업성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
