The purpose of this study is to explore evaluation factors of core service betweencoordinator, medical team and medical institution to improve medical tourism in Gangwonarea. The results of this study were as follows. First, medical tourism coordinators adoptedlanguage/communication ability, cultural understanding of the countries, correctunderstanding of customer needs, medical service-related knowledge, kindness andsociability, and risk/claim/customer management as main constituents. Second, medicalteams adopted foreign language ability, cultural understanding of the countries, kindnessand customer consideration, professionalism, active counseling attitude, and rejection ofauthoritative attitude. Third, medical institutions adopted recognition/reputation, action andresponsibility for medical accidents, excellence of medical equipments and facilities, cuttingedge, and convenience in use. And they also adopted simplicity of medical treatmentprocedure, explanation and understanding of medical fees, post customer management, andlink service offer of tourism field on customer's demand in medical service.

본 연구는 강원지역 의료관광 증진을 위한 코디네이터, 의료진, 의료기관간 핵심서비스 평가 요인을 알아보는데 목적을 갖는다. 분석결과 첫째, 의료관광 코디네이터에있어 주요 구성요인으로 어학/커뮤니케이션 능력, 해당 국가에 대한 문화적 이해, 고객니즈 정확한 파악, 의료서비스 관련 지식, 친절성 친화력, 리스크/클레임/고객관리가채택되었다. 둘째, 의료진에 있어서는 외국어 능력, 친절성과 고객배려, 문화적 이해,전문성, 적극적 상담 태도, 권위적 태도 지양이 채택되었다. 셋째, 의료기관에서는 인지도/명성도, 의료사고 등에 대한 대처 및 책임감, 의료장비 및 시설 우수성, 첨단성,이용 편리성이 채택되었으며, 의료서비스에서는 수속 및 진료 절차의 간소성, 의료수가 등에 대한 설명 및 이해, 사후 고객관리, 고객 요청시 관광분야에 대한 연계 서비스 제공이 채택되었다.
