Coase (1937, 1960) set off analytical structure to account for institution in orthodox economics. Although transaction cost has been the linchpin which analytical studies hinged on to study system indeterminacy of imperfect institution, the complexity and ineptness of orthodox economics when conducting analysis on system indeterminacy of imperfect property rights seem increasingly evident. In this study, closed system approach is defined to be analytical approach which relies on optimization-equilibrium analysis when to explain indeterminacy of imperfect property rights. It is distinguished from open system approach. Equivalence proposition between perfect property rights and sympathy-consent-free states is introduced to vindicate the existence sympathy-consent dimension and relation exchange as consequence. That is, the indeterminacy of imperfect property rights becomes able to be accounted for by actions of relation exchange in SCD (sympathy-consent dimension). Such actions of relation exchange in SCD are vindicated to constitute OSI (open system with institution).

코스(1937, 1960)는 주류경제학의 틀 속에서 제도를 설명하는 분석방법을 제시하고 있다. 그것은 거래비용이다. 거래비용이 불완전한 제도의 시스템 비결정성을 설명해 내는 핵심고리 역할을 한다. 그러나 불완전한 재산권의 시스템 비결정성을 분석하기에 주류경제학의 분석틀이 적합하지 않아서 분석방법이 더욱 복잡해질 뿐이라는 것이 점점 더 분명해지고 있다. 이 논문에서 닫힌 시스템이란 최적화-균형 분석에 의존하는 분석방법을 의미한다. 이것은 열린 시스템 접근방법과 대비된다. 이 연구에서는 완전한 재산권과 공감-동의 초월 상태의 동일성(equivalence)이 소개되어 공감-동의 차원과 관계교환의 존재를 입증하고 있다. 즉, 불완전한 재산권의 비결정성이 공감-동의 차원에서 관계교환 활동에 의해서 설명되고 있다. 그러한 공감-동의 차원의 관계교환 활동이 열린 시스템을 만들어 놓게 된다.
