The purpose of this study is to propose basic materials in building solutions of smart phone addiction by showing the relationships between smart phone addiction and cyber crime. We found that high-level is the biggest level in smart phone addition level and addition level of female is higher than that of male. Also smart phone addiction has no influence to the cyber crime regarding the relationship of between smart phone addiction and cyber crime. This result shows that smart phone addiction has different from other usual addictions. First of all, we have to figure out the social pathology caused by smart phone addiction in building solutions of smart phone addition.

이 연구는 스마트폰 중독이 사이버 범죄와 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 밝혀 향후 스 마트폰 중독의 대책을 세움에 있어, 기초적 자료를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 스마트폰을 사용하고 있는 대학생 300명을 대상으로 스마트폰 중독수준과 사이 버 범죄 가해경험 여부를 측정하였다. 연구결과 스마트폰 중독수준은 고위험 수준이 가장 높게 나타났고, 여성보다는 남 성이 상대적으로 고위험 비율이 높게 나타났다. 스마트폰 중독 수준과 사이버 범죄와 의 관련성 측면에서는 스마트폰 중독 수준이 사이버 범죄에는 영향을 미치지 않는다 는 결론이 도출되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 스마트폰 중독이 기존의 중독영역과 다른 특이성을 가지고 있 다는 점을 반증하는 것이라 해석될 수 있다. 또한 차후 스마트폰 중독에 대한 대책을 수립함에 있어서는 스마트폰 중독이 가져오는 사회적 병리를 명확히 밝히는 연구가 선행되어야 함을 시사한다고 할 수 있다.
