This study concerns poem collection part of JeongYouKakJib(貞蕤閣集) which is a posthumous manuscript of a poet and scholar of Sirhak(實學) during Chosun times, Je-ga Park's. As a result of the competitive study of domestically available texts and newly discovered text possessed by Harvard-Yenching Library as well as the study of writing year of this collection and its presently available texts and type facsimile texts, the following pointes are identified. (1) According to the existing records, the writing year of ChongYouKakGip is 1768 when Park was 19 years old. However, this poem collection is thought to be completed actually around 1805 when Park passed away. (2) The comprehensive study of presently available texts and type facsimile texts available domestically and outside of Korea indicates that Seo(序) of JeongYouKakJib is the selective handwritings of ChoJungShiGoSed(楚亭詩稿序) of Duk-moo Lee's(1768), ChoJung- JipSeo(楚亭集序)of Ji-won Park's(1772), Seo of Jo-won Lee's and Jung-kyun Ban's(1777), Seo’ of Jun Jin's(1801). (3) The study of various manuscripts shows that single-handed poem collection has found its way into ChoJungShiGo(楚亭 詩稿), ChoJungJib(楚亭集), JeongYouKakGib, JeongYouShiJib(貞蕤詩集), Jeong- YouGoRyak(貞㽔稿略), JeongYouShiCho(貞㽔詩初), ChoJungShiGo(楚亭小稿), Cho- JungShiCho(楚亭詩鈔), JeongYouGakChoJib(貞㽔閣初集), JeongYouShiGo(貞㽔詩 稿), KyungShinDangHyupDae(竟信堂夾袋), etc. (4) Domestically available Jeong- YouGakJib poem collection has been possessed by National Central Library, GyuJangGak, Chonan Campus Library of Dankook University, and Chang-soon Lim. Each of those sets, however, has some missing volume. (5) The poem collection of JeongYouKakGib available overseas is newly discovered set possessed by Havard-Yenching Library in the US, which consist of 5 sets and 5 volumes for each set without any missing volumes. (6) There are perceived several differences between sets that are domestically available sets and sets that are possessed by Harvard-Yenching Library in terms of publication form, beginning part composition, title details, and author details.

본고는 조선시대 시인이자 실학자인 박제가의 필사본 유고 ｢貞㽔閣集｣ 중 시집부 분에 대하여 저술시기 및 국내외의 현전본과 영인본을 살펴보고 국내본과에 새로이 발견된 미국 하버드옌칭도서관 소장본을 비교 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 사실을 확인 할 수 있었다. (1) ｢貞㽔閣集｣의 간사년에 관한 기록은 박제가 19세이던 戊子年(1768)이나 여러 정황으로 보아 시집의 완성은 그의 작고년인 1805년 전후가 아닌가 사료된다. (2) 국 내외 전래본과 영인본을 종합하여 보면 ｢貞㽔閣集｣ 시집의 ‘序’는 이덕무의 ‘楚亭詩稿 序’(1768년), 박지원의 ‘楚亭集序’(1772년), 李調元과 潘庭筠의 서(1777년), 陳鱣의 서 (1801년) 중에서 선택적으로 필사되었음을 알 수 있다. (3) 제 사본을 조사한 결과 박제가의 단독 시집은 ｢楚亭詩稿｣,｢楚亭集｣, ｢貞蕤閣集｣, ｢貞蕤詩集｣, ｢貞㽔稿略｣, ｢貞 㽔詩初｣, ｢楚亭小稿｣, ｢楚亭詩鈔｣, ｢貞㽔閣初集｣, ｢貞㽔詩稿｣, ｢竟信堂夾袋｣등으로 전 래되고 있다. (4) ｢貞㽔閣集｣ 시집의 국내 현전본은 국립중앙도서관, 규장각 및 단국 대학교 천안도서관, 고 壬昌淳에 의하여 소장 전래되어 왔으나 아쉽게도 모두 결본이 다. (5) ｢貞㽔閣集｣ 시집의 국외 현전본으로 이번에 새로이 발견된 미국 하버드옌칭도 서관 소장본은 5권5책 완질이다. (6) 국내 현전본과 미국 하버드옌칭도서관 소장본을 비교결과 형태, 권수부분, 서명사항, 저자사항 등에서 여러 가지 차이를 발견하였다.
