If the police are always at risk in most cases. In fact, many police officers were injured accident, by attack, if injury or death due to traffic accidents occur frequently. Compared to other organizations, police are looking for a stronger relationship between the members of the organization by the characteristics of these activities. Strengthen the relationship between members of the police, can be seen the factors that will not only improve the relationship between the members, to enhance the efficiency of the work until the police. In this study, we trust as factors that affect the relationship between the police, social support, and group cohesion. Based on the above, I have set the independent variable in the relationship of the individual and business ties. I have examined the effectiveness of the work using as a parameter the Jews and strengthening activities. Analysis, individual connections and business relationships Jewish relationship can affect significantly enhanced activity relationships become apparent, it was found that a significant impact on the effectiveness of the business relationship. However, activity to enhance the bond that was used in the factor parameters were found to be not significantly affect. Analysis of influence relative factors affecting the effectiveness of the work, can affect the highest connection individuals are shown, was the order of activities to strengthen relationship work, the bond to the next was. Based on these results, this study tried to provide a scheme that is able to enhance the relationship between members of the police.

경찰은 업무적 특성으로 인하여 위험에 노출되어 있는 경우가 대부분이다. 실제 많은 경찰관 들이 안전사고, 피습으로 인한 부상, 교통사고 등으로 인하여 다치거나 죽는 경우가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 이러한 업무적 특성으로 인하여 경찰은 타 조직에 비해 조직 구성원간의 강력 한 유대관계를 요구받고 있다. 경찰 조직 구성원 간의 유대관계의 강화는 구성원들 간의 관계도 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라, 경찰 업무의 효율성까지 강화시키는 요소로서, 이 연구에서는 경찰의 유대관계에 대해서 영향을 미 치는 요인을 구성원 간의 신뢰, 사회적지지, 집단응집력으로 정의하였다. 이를 바탕으로 경찰 관의 개인적 유대관계와 업무적 유대관계로 독립변수를 설정하고 유대강화활동을 매개변수로 사용하여 업무의 효과성을 알아보았다. 분석결과, 유대관계인 개인적 유대관계와 업무적 유대관계는 유대관계 강화활동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 유대관계는 업무의 효과성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났다. 그러나, 매개요인으로 사용된 유대관계 강화활동은 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않 는 것으로 나타났다. 업무의 효과성에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 상대적 영향력을 분석해본 결과 개인적 유대관계가 가장 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 그 다음으로 업무적 유대관계, 유대관계 강화활동 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 이 연구에서는 경찰구성원의 유대관계를 강화할 수 있는 방안을 제시 하여 보았다.
