A purpose of this study is to search for clarifying basic point of view to analyze a Non Profit Organization into and the directionality of the Human Resource Management.　I use Social Welfare Corporation as an example of the analyses on this occasion.　From the viewpoint of Resource Based Perspectives, the importance of Human Resources was spoken first.　Then, the need to recognize a Non Profit Organization as Social Innovation was proposed.　Furthermore, in an establishment process of the Social Welfare Corporation in Japan, it was spoken the change, a definition, a business range.　In addition, it was described the present conditions and a problem of the Social Welfare Corporation in Japan by the viewpoint of the Human Resource Management.　Finally the Career Development in the Organization and importance of the function linkage with two kinds of Public Qualifications were clarified, I showed it about the directionality of study in the future

本研究の目的は、｢非営利組織｣を分析する基本的視座を明らかにすることと、人材マネジメントの方向性を探索することである。その際には、｢社会福祉法人｣を分析の事例として用いるものである。最初に、資源ベース論の観点から、｢人的資源｣の重要性が述べられた。次に、非営利組織を｢ソーシャル・イノベーション｣として認識する必要性が提言された。さらに、日本における社会福祉法人の成立過程、変遷、事業範囲、定義について述べられた。そして、日本における社会福祉法人の現状と課題について、人材マネジメントの視点から述べられた。最後に、組織内キャリア開発と2種類の公的資格との機能連関の重要性が明らかにされ、これからの研究の方向性について示された。
