Under uncertain modern corporate environment, corporations are running team-based operations for efficient management. (Thomas, 2006)In order to produce talents necessary for corporate management method, PBL (Problem-Based Learning) method or team-project classes is being applied to university education. The goal of this research is to explore how leadership, communication and collective efficacy in a team affect individual performance and the level of satisfaction in order to discover effectiveness of team project education method. This research proved that, in order to adopt team project class method in university classes in Gamgwon or Kyungky and increase team performance and satisfaction level of team members, it is important to select a good team leader and create environment where communication is improved. And then, it has a greater capacity for communication is the greater collective efficacy. Leadership and collective efficacy and team satisfaction with the individual's satisfaction has a positive relationship. The limit of this paper is it is uncertain if application of these variables would positively affect corporate performance. Other variables should be studied and included in the research in order to increase satisfaction level of students in a team project.

블확실한 경영환경하에서 기업은 효율적인 경영관리를 위해 팀 조직을 운영하고 있다(Thomas,2006) 이러한 조직에 필요한 인재를 배출하기 위해서는 대학교육에서 PBL(Problem-Based Learning)이나 팀 프로젝트 교 육방식을 적용하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문은 경영관련 교과목에서 기업조직에 적합한 인재를 양성하기 위해 실시되는 팀 프로젝트 경영교육방식의 학습 만족도를 높이기 위해 관련 변수들에 대한 실증분석을 실시하였 다. 강원권과 경기권의 경상대학 수업 중 팀 프로젝트 교육방식을 수강한 학생을 대상으로 팀 프로젝트 교육방식 의 효과를 높이기 위해서 집단효능감, 리더쉽, 의사소통이 개인만족도, 팀 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 가설 검증 결과 팀의 리더쉽은 의사소통에 긍정적 영향을 주고, 이러한 의사소통은 팀의 집단 효능감에 정(+) 의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 팀 프로젝트 경영교육 후에 개인 만족도와 팀만족도를 높이기 위해서 는 프로젝트 팀의 리더쉽과 집단 효능감이 중요한 변수라고 가설 검증 되었다. 본 연구의 한계는 기업 성과에 영향을 주는 직접적인 변수에 대한 연구가 진행되지 않았고 팀프로젝트 교육방식에 영향을 주는 다양한 변수 를 고려하지 못하였으므로 향후 이에 대한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.
