Leaders of church educational ministry are eagerly seeking for a better ministry structure that is biblical and effective. One of them could be teamwork because it has proved to be both biblical and effective. From a biblical perspective, a team can be defined as,“ a group of God’s people that utilizes to the ultimate the gifts God has given them and that works in beautiful fellowship within itself”(Westing, 1997, 18). Teamwork has biblical and theological foundations because biblical texts and God, in Trinity, support its structure. Teamwork has also proved to be effective when it utilizes the varied gifts of each person, sets a clear and common goal for ministry achievement, mutually supports, effectively communicates, trusts one another, and empowers its members. Various educational ministry teams can be built according to the characteristics of tasks and ministry needs. Church educational leaders may build new teams according to the following steps: identify required teamwork areas, assess needed resources, select team members, train team members, conduct team-building pilot tests, and review the process. Since teamwork structure has biblical foundations and has been proved effective, church educational ministry leaders might consider using it for better ministry effectiveness.

효율적인 하나님 나라의 확장과 바른 신앙교육을 지향하는 교회 교육사역 지도자들은 성 경적이고 효율적인 사역의 형태가 어떤 것인 지에 대해 큰 관심을 가지고 있다. 그 중의 하나로 간주될 수 있는 사역형태가 바로 팀사역이다. 왜냐하면, 팀사역은 성경적인 근거 를 가질 뿐 아니라, 효율적인 사역의 한 형태로 볼 수 있기 때문이다. 성경적 관점에서 사 역팀이란“하나님께서 그 백성들에게 부여하신 은사들을 활용하여 아름다운 공동체의 형태로 사역하는 그룹”으로 정의될 수 있다. 팀사역은 성경의 내용들과 삼위일체 하나님 의속성의관점에서볼때성경적이고신학적인근거를가진다. 팀사역은 각 사람이 가진 다양한 은사들이 활용될 때, 사역목적 달성을 위한 공동의 목표 를 가질 때, 서로 도울 때, 효율적으로 의사소통할 때, 서로 신뢰할 때, 그리고 각 팀 구 성원들을격려할때효율적인것으로증명되었다. 교회의 교육사역을 위한 다양한 사역팀들이 사역의 특성과 필요에 따라 세워질 수 있다. 교회 교육사역 리더들은 다음과 같은 과정을 통하여 다양한 사역팀들을 세울 수 있다. 사 역팀이필요한영역들규명하고, 필요한자원들의산정하고, 팀멤버선택하고, 팀멤버들 을 훈련하고, 팀세우기를 위한 사전 테스트를 거치고, 그리고 팀사역 세우는 과정을 검 토하는 절차를 통해 팀사역을 세워갈 수 있다. 팀사역 구조는 성경적 근거를 가지며, 더 불어 효율적인 사역구조의 하나로 간주될 수 있으므로, 교회 교육사역 리더들은 보다 더 나은사역의효율성을위해팀사역구조의도입을긍정적으로고려할수있을것이다.
