So far there are not so many studies which compare the cultures of supporting the elderly between Korea and China. Therefore I did a comparative study on consciousness of supporting the elderly between Koran university students and Chinese university students in this magisterial thesis. Therefore, by comparing different countries' specific problems in the same culture circle, we can find the characteristics and solutions of the social problems. The results of this magisterial thesis are as follows: First, we found the data of religion, living expenses, living standard, welling house and residential district have a significant difference in the characteristic of social demography in terms of the result of the difference between Korean and Chinese university students. Second, when comparing the material question's difference of consciousness of supporting parents between Korean university students and Chinese university students, we found that the scores of Korean university students and Chinese university students are both very high. Third, we found the data with Korean university students don't have a significant difference, and the data of age, living expenses and residential district with Chinese university students have a significant difference in terms of the result of the difference of consciousness of supporting the old age, that is followed by social demography's variable, between Korean and Chinese university students, Fourth, we found the data of social demography's variable, consciousness of supporting the old age with Korean university students don't have a significant variable in terms of the result of the effect variable, that is in regard to the consciousness of supporting the old age, between Korean and Chinese university students. The analysis of Chinese university students is complicated than Korean university students, the difference of social demography's variable has a significant variable, and the effect variable of consciousness of supporting the old age don't have a significant variable. We hope these results can help us to comprehend the development trends of supporting the elderly and provide the reference documentation to enact a law or regulation of Elderly Welfare so that can help to solve the problem of the elderly for both China and Korea.

아직까지 한국과 중국의 노인부양에 관한 비교 문화적 연구는 활발히 이루어지고 있지 않다. 이것을 계기로 본 연구는 같은 문화권 내 한국 대학생과 중국 대학생들의 노인부양의식에 대한 가치지향성을 비교 연구하였 다. 서로 다른 나라에서 생활하는 대학생들이 노인부양의식에 대하여 일부 공통적인 특성이 존재하기도 하겠 지만 문화 사회적인 요인의 영향에 따라 서로 다른 특성을 보이는 부분도 존재하기 때문에, 한 나라의 사회문 제에 대하여 같은 문화권 국가의 문제양상, 문제특징을 파악하여 문제해결의 대안을 찾고자한다. 그래서 본 연구는 한국 대학생과 중국 대학생의 노인부양의식의 비교를 통하여 향후 한국과 중국의 부양행동의 실마리 를 찾는데 매우 중요한 역할을 할 것이다. 본 연구는 한국 대학생 150명과 중국 대학생 150명 총 300명을 대상으로 2009년 6월1일부터 2009년 10월1일까 지 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 양국의 대학생이 가지고 있는 부모부양의식의 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구 를 통해 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다:첫째, 한국 대학생과 중국 대학생의 특성의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 사회 인 구학적 특성에서는 종교, 한 달 용돈, 생활수준, 주거형태, 거주지역에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 한국 대 학생과 중국 대학생의 조부모 관계의 차이에서는 ‘조부모 수’에서만 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며, 한국 대학 생의 ‘조부모 수’가 중국 대학생의 조부모 수 보다 적은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한국대학생과 중국대학생의 부모 부양의식에 관한 세부 문항별 차이 비교에서 한국 대학생과 중국 대학 생은 모두 부양의식 점수가 상당히 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 한국과 중국대학생의 사회 인구학적 변인에 따른 부양의식의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 한국은 유의미한 차 이를 나타내지 않은 반면, 중국 대학생의 사회 인구학적 특성에 따른 부양의식의 차이를 살펴본 결과 나이, 한 달 용돈, 거주 지역에서만 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 넷째, 한국 대학생과 중국 대학생의 부모 부양의식에 대한 영향변인을 살펴본 결과 한국 대학생의 사회 인구 학적 변인과 부양의식과의 차이에서는 유의한 변수가 하나도 나오지 않아, 중국 대학생의 사회 인구학적 변인 과의 차이에서 유의했던 변수를 동일하게 사용하여 회귀분석을 실시하였으나 유의미한 영향변인이 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 연구결과는 한국과 중국 양국 노인부양의 발전하는 경향을 이해함에 있어 도움이 되고자 한다. 더 나 아가 양국의 노인복지 정책을 제정 및 개정 할 때 학문적 보조 자료를 제공하여 심각한 노인문제를 해결해 나 가는데 도움이 되고자한다.
