- In modern community that is important for the local cultural life, the social function of the 'publicity' is an important key word. Neighborhood living area that can be used in the cultural needs of the people and activities to accommodate local cultural facilities to all residents plays an important role. This paper studies youth programs of youth center and the local cultural facilities by analyzing the cases of the actual situation and a program for youth will be discussed. Following the analysis of the programs in local cultural facilities, the efficient use of public facilities and space utilization in the youth program is to proposed for the directional.
