The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influenced satisfaction of university students who attended the action learning-based general arts education classes and provide implications for operating them. To do so, a questionnaire survey was conducted, and the population was 390 who participated into the action learning-based general arts education classes of J University. The results of the study were as follows: First, the factor analysis brought out the four factors such as 'teaching methods', 'teachers and learners willingness', 'contents', and 'instruction management and communication skills' that affected the students satisfaction in the classes. Regression analysis confirmed that those four independent variables influenced positively the students satisfaction in the classes. Second, only 'team learning experience' out of background variables was statistically significant in comparing the differences of the students perception on the factors that affected satisfaction of the classes. Third, the effect size of students satisfaction in the classes could be lined up 'teaching methods', 'teachers and learners willingness', 'contents', and 'instruction management and communication skills' in order.

본 연구는 액션러닝기반 교양수업에 참여한 대학생들이 인식하는 만족 도에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하여 학습자 중심 학습으로서 액션러닝 기반 교양수업의 운영에 시사점을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러 한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 J대학교에서 개설한 액션러닝기반 교 양수업에 참여한 대학생 3 9 0명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이에 대한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 요인분석 후 교양수업 만족도에 영향을 끼 치는 4가지 요인으로‘ 교수방법’,‘ 교수·학습자의 참여의지’, ‘수업내용’,‘ 수업관리와 소통방식’이 도출되었고, 회귀분석 결과 4가지 의 독립변수 모두 교양수업의 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 배경변인에 따른 교양수업의 만족도 요인에 대한 인식의 차이는 팀 학습의 경험 유무에서만 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 셋째, 교양 수업의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 크기는‘ 교수방법’,‘ 교수·학습자의 참 여의지’‘, 수업내용’‘, 수업관리와 소통방식’ 등의 순서로 나타났다.
