The purpose of this study is to propose the introduction and expanded nationwide plan of the Elderly Welfare Support Center integrated the elderly related centers entrusted to private in Busan. The subject of this study is the heads and middle managers of welfare facilities for the elderly in Busan. Suggestions for the plan of the introduction are as follows. First, the Elderly Welfare Support Center, integrated the Center related the Elderly, should be introduced and expanded nationwide. Second, the pilot of the Elderly Welfare Support Center is required. Third, Provision should be established in the Elderly Welfare Law about the Elderly Welfare Support Center. Fourth, the finances should be responsible the central government and municipalities jointly. Finally, the Elderly Welfare Support Center should be conducted elderly support, support about the employees of welfare facilities for the elderly, and support about welfare facilities for the elderly.

본 연구의 목적은 부산광역시에서 민간에 위탁하여 운영하고 있는 노인관련 센터들을 통합한 (가칭)노인복지종합지원센터의 도입 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위한 자료수집은 부산광역시에 소재하고 있는 노인복지시설 147개소에 종사하고 있는 시설장과 중간관리자를 대상으로 전수조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과를 토대로 노인복지종합지원센터의 도입 방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 노인복지시설 인력지원센터와 노인찾아주기종합센터, 그리고 노인종합상담센터를 통합한 후 노인복지종합지원센터를 전국으로 확대⋅도입해야 한다. 둘째, 노인복지종합지원센터의 시범실시가 필요하다. 셋째, 노인복지법에 노인복지종합지원센터에 대한 조항을 신설해야 한다. 넷째, 재정은 중앙정부와 광역지방자치단체가 공동으로 부담해야 한다. 끝으로, 노인복지종합지원센터의 사업은 크게 노인지원사업, 노인복지시설 종사자지원사업, 노인복지시설지원사업 등 세 영역으로 나누어 실시해야 한다.
