- This study is a comparative analysis of Korean and English websites of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the perspective of translation and overall presentation of information. The current study thoroughly analyzes translation errors by comparing the English version with the Korean version. The study also explores the quantity of information provided, composition of content on the website and readability. The study found that the English website is in need of improving its information usefulness and readability, which seems to have a relatively lower quality of service compared to the Korean version. Some professional implications are also provided.
