For an efficient operation of in-depth major curriculum at community colleges, this study analyzed the curriculum needs of current students and industry field professionals. In the case of current students the desire for attendance was found to be, in descending order, in-depth major study, skill development and higher education; for which, the desire was seen to be higher while working as a social welfare professional upon graduation from college and this suggests a need, after graduation, for more related professional academics associated with the field. In regards to the certification process, current students and industry field professionals alike were found to be commonly high for psychology counselors, child psychology counselors, elderly psychology counselors, are psychology counselors, etc. Examining social welfare-related courses that are expected to be helpful when working in the social welfare fields, current students and industry field professionals alike were seen to be the highest for psychology-related courses. As such, it was ascertainable that the desire for psychological intervention and circumstance and appropriate counseling during actual intervention for the client’s problems is high and that there is a need for the organization offield-specific psychology counseling curriculums for psychology counseling for professional knowledge and clinical practiceduring the learning process.

이 연구는 전문대학 전공심화과정의 효율적 운영을 위해 재학생과 산업체 현장 전문가의 교과과정 욕구를 분석한 것이다. 재학생의 경우 심화된 전공학습 공부, 능력개발, 상급학교 순 으로 진학욕구가 나타났으며 이는 전문대 졸업 후 현장에서 근무할 때 좀 더 사회복지 전문 직으로서의 욕구가 강하며 이것은 전문대 졸업 후 현장과 연계되어 좀 더 전문적인 학업의 연계의 필요성을 시사한다. 자격증 과정에 대해서는 재학생과 산업체 현장 전문가 모두 심리 상담사, 아동 심리상담사, 노인심리상담사, 미술심리상담사 등이 공통되게 높게 나왔다. 사회 복지현장 근무 시 도움이 될 것으로 예상하는 사회복지 관련 교과목을 살펴보면 재학생, 산업 체 현장 전문가 모두 심리학 관련 교과가 가장 높게 나타났다. 따라서 실제로 클라이언트의 문제에 개입 시 심리문제의 개입과 사정, 적절한 상담에 대한 욕구가 높음을 알 수 있고 교과 과정에서 전문지식과 임상실무 학습 시 심리 상담에 분야 별 심리 상담 교과과정 편성이 필요하다.
