- The purpose of this study was to analyze difference of self-determination by life satisfaction and the theory that affects life satisfaction, and to indicate how the sub-factors have power of explanation. The result showed that the study found the sub-factors of self-determination such as autonomy, capability and relationship are associated with self-determination. According to the study on the difference of self-determination by life satisfaction, the score of life satisfaction from satisfied group is higher than from dissatisfied group, and it is also higher among the sub-factors. The result of the analysis on primary factors of self-determination that determines life satisfaction, showed that there is a correlation with autonomy, one of the sub-factors of self-determination.
