The purpose of this study is to analyze the Trend of Korean Exhibition Industry by developing and using the Index of Exhibition Industry. For this purpose, this study was carried out as follows. Firstly, this study developed the index of exhibition industry using abroad related references such as AUMA, CEIR, UFI. The index consists of four main metrics: supply index, demand index, Internationalization index and Quality Growth Index. Secondly, the korean exhibition industry was analysed based on these four indexes. The results of this study are as follows: Though Korean exhibition industry has been grown in terms of supply(exhibition space) and demand(number of exhibitions), there has been negative result of a decline in the internationalization and the quality growth of exhibition. Therefore, it needs to establish the effective strategies and policies for Korean exhibition industry's substantial growth and internalization based on more sophisticated exhibition industry index.
