A boatman's song of sea road tribute to Ming-Empire was Lee Un-young(李運永, 1722~1794)'s work which succeeded to songs of quasi-fisherman, conduced to rituals and songs of leaving boat. Altough it has been already studied as a important work in Korean history of old poetry & play, there are considerable obstacle for deeper conprehension because of lack in fundamental research. Then in this thesis I first re-readed its original texts written in old Korean handscript, and widely illuminated the references and meanings of not a few convoluted passages. Next I separated it into two parts, translated in morden Korean language, and analyzed the detailed aesthetic consciousness. While this work creats dynamic aesthetic sense at adding-fun passages of boatman's song, the first part makes mainly with tragic beauty and the second part changes it's mode to sublime beauty.

한국어

이운영(李運永, 1722~1794)의 <수로조천행선곡>은 <어부사>를 이으면서 <이선락가>를 견인한 작품이다. 한국 시가사 및 연희사에서 매우 중요한 작품 인 만큼 이미 많은 주목을 받았지만, 기초적 작업이 미비하여 심도 있는 논의 에 저해 요소가 되어왔다. 이에 본고는 우선적으로 필사 원본을 재판독하고 난 해구의 전거와 의미를 두루 밝혔다. 이어서 이를 바탕으로 작품의 단락 구분을 시도하고 그 내용을 현대어로 번역하면서, 작품이 조성하고 있는 미의식을 세 부적으로 분석하였다. 이 작품은 비록 <어부사> 조흥구에서는 동적인 미감을 조성하면서 전후의 두 큰 단락을 구획하고 있지만, 전반에서는 비장미를 위주 로 하고 후반에서는 비장미에서 숭고미로 전환하고 있다.
