This study gets out of abstract discussion of Interculturality and then discusses interculturality with the focus on korean nurses' cultural activities in Berlin. Korean nurses have been living in Germany short as long as 30 years, 50 years as immigration. Thus korean nurses in Berlin are specific target of interculturality studies. pecifically, researchers are payung attention to korean nurses' activities. Activities of dance team is the thing that researchers pay attention most of all. Because, korean nurses palyed a role as cultural bridge between Germany and Korea through activities of dance team and it can explain well about interculturality. Researchers have visited to Germany four times and have stayed for 9 months till 2010 since 2007 to understand their specific lives which is latent under the cultural activities as migrant workers. Researchers try to investigate each of the factors that could strengtgen or weaken Korean nurses' interculturality through data n in -depth interviews of field studies. Especially, the resesarchers emphasis that form a network of dance teams and time in korean nurses' culture activities are some of the major factors that could affect interculturality through this, redearcher exhibit constitutive process and the dynamic aspects of interculturality, which are the key features of interculturality. Finally, this year is the 50th anniversary of which korean nurses have been in Germany. Through this study, I hope korean nurses lives get studied more in -depth.

이 연구는 지금까지 간문화성에 대한 추상적인 논의에서 벗어나 구체적인 행위자인 파독 간호사에 초점을 두고 있다. 파독 간호사들은 길게는 50년 짧게는 30년 이상 독일에서 이주 생활을 해 오고 있다. 따라서 파독 간호사들은 간문화성의 구체적인 대상이라고 할 수 있다. 특히 연구자들은 한인 간호사들의 문화 활동 그 중에서도 무용단 활동에 주목하고 있다. 왜냐하면 한인 간호사들은 무용단 활동을 통해 독일과 한국의 문화를 소통시키는 문화적 교량 역할을 수행하여 간문화성의 특징을 잘 보여주기 때문이다. 연구자들은 베를린 한인간호사들의 문화 활동에 잠재되어 있는 이주노동자로서의 구체적인 삶을 이해하기 위해 2007년부터 2010년까지 총 4차례 9개월간 베를린에 체류하면서 현장연구를 수행하였다. 현장연구 과정에서 수집한 자 료와 심층면접을 통해 한인간호사들의 간문화성을 강화시키는 요인과 약화시키는 요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 특히 연구자들은 한인간호사들이 문화 활동을 하면서 무용단과 결합되는 다양한 사회적 관계망과 시간이 한인 간호사의 간문화성에 영향을 미치는 주요한 요인임을 강조하였다. 이를 통해 연구자들은 간문화성의 특징인 구성적, 과정적 그리고 역동적 차원을 드러내고자 하였다. 마지막으로 올해는 한인 간호사들이 독일에 온지 50주년이 되는 해이다. 이 연구를 통해 보다 심층적인 한인간호사들에 대한 후속 연구가 나오길 바란다.
