This study was intended to investigate how the career exploration program utilizing Enneagram affects male high school students' career decision-making self-efficacy.
To achieve the purpose, this researcher examined previous studies, and accordingly set a hypothesis that the test group using the career exploration program utilizing Enneagram has significantly higher career decision-making self-efficacy than the control group.
The results of the study are presented as follows.
First, the test group which participated into the career exploration program utilizing Enneagram showed the significant improvement of career decision-making self-efficacy than the control group. Secondly, the test group had higher values on average in the lower factors of career decision-making self-efficacy-goal selection, job information and future planning-than the control group.
other words, it was found that the goal selection, which means the self confidence in deciding a career without any regret, was improved, and that the ability to explore information, which means the self confidence in finding interesting jobs and concretely exploring job conditions, was enhanced.
In addition, it was found that the self-confidence in establishing a plan for a career and job on their own and making it realized was strengthened.

본 연구의 목적은 인문계 남자 고등학생을 대상으로 자기성격유형에 맞는 일처리 유형을 이해함으로써 통합적인 자기인식에 도달하여 올바른 진로선택에 도움을 주는 에니어그램을 활용한 진로탐색프로그램이 그들의 진로결정 자기효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는지 그 효과를 밝히고자 하는데 있다.
본 연구에서 나타난 결과를 중심으로 다음과 같은 결론을 도출 할 수 있다.
첫째, 에니어그램을 활용한 진로탐색 프로그램을 실시한 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 진로결정 자기효능감이 유의미하게 향상되었다.
둘째, 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 진로결정 자기효능감의 하위요인인 목표선택, 직업정보, 미래계획에서 평균이 높은 것으로 나타났다.
결론적으로, 에니어그램은 자아를 진단하는 거울로서 자신이 누구이고 어떤 상태에 있으며 어떠한 사람이 될 수 있는가에 대해 생각해 보도록 도와주며 미래의 성장 가능성을 제시해 준다는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다.
