예비영유아교사가 될 경주시 대학생의 교사전문성 인식과 교사효능감의 관계 연구
A Study on relationship between college student as pre-service early childhood teacher's professionalism recognition and their teacher-efficacy in Gyeongju
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation between pre-service kindergarten teacher's professionalism recognition and their teacher-efficacy in Gyeongju. The data was collected by questionnaires method from 213 college student. The instruments were college student teacher's professionalism recognition and their teacher-efficacy. The results of the study were as follows : (1) College student teacher's professionalism recognition meaningfully related to their teacher-efficacy, positively. (2) College student teacher's professionalism recognition has influence on their teacher-efficacy. In summary, preparatory kindergarten teachers to be good childhood education teachers, college student teacher's professionalism recognition has significant implication for teacher-efficacy.
