Today, the community business is watched as 하나 of the methods for vitalizing the community and local economy. In near Japan, the community business receives the concern from the mid 1990's. It receives the concern because of recently giving in our country. The concern about the community business is enhanced but the experts about this can be said to be the lacking actual condition. However, the systematic education nurturing the professional manpower managing the community business cannot be nearly found. In order to order to act the acitivity of the community business successfully, the man power which with respect to this, it understands well, it is systematic and systematically gets the education are necessary. Japan performs the community business advisor and coordinator accreditation chair already. And it issues till the certificate of qualification. However, now, in the interior of a country, it is objective about the man of ability equipped with this qualification, there is no system and the man power can be said to be the lacking actual condition. In this research, it is the purpose to obtain the direction to go forward from the construction of the educational programme to the development of human resource of Korean community business with the awareness of the necessity afterward by considering the educational programme case related to Japanese community business.

오늘날 커뮤니티비즈니스는 지역사회와 지역경제를 활성화하기 위한 방법의 하나로서 주목되고 있다. 커뮤니티비즈니스는 가까운 일본에서는 1990년대 중반부터 관심을 받고, 우리나라에서는 최근에 들어 관심을 받고 있다. 커뮤니티비즈니스에 관한 관심이 높아지고 있지만 이에 대한 전문가들은 부족한 실정이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 커뮤니티비즈니스를 운영하는 전문 인력을 육성하는 체계적인 교육은 거의 찾아볼 수 없다. 커뮤니티비즈니스의 활동을 성공적으로 하기 위해서는 이에 대해서 잘 이해하고, 조직적이며 체계적으로 교육을 받은 인력이 필요하다. 일본은 이미 커뮤니티비즈니스 어드바이저와 코디네이터 인정 강좌를 실시하고 있으며, 자격증까지 발급하고 있다. 그러나 지금 국내에는 이러한 자격을 갖춘 인재에 대한 객관적인 검증제도가 없으며 인력 또한 부족한 실정이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 일본의 커뮤니티비즈니스에 관련한 교육 프로그램 사례를 고찰함으로써 한국의 커뮤니티비즈니스의 인재육성에 필요성의 인식과 향후 교육 프로그램의 구축에서 나아갈 방향을 얻는 것이 목적이다.
