Good instruction in every class can be achieved by good design of instruction. Good design can be achieved by properly selected teaching model. In every major steps, teacher should prepare many instructional components. He needs stories, questions, questioning techniques, plans of questioning, evaluating tools and others more. A well made instructional consulting process needs a proper perspective and some kinds of evaluating standards. I suggested 'Consistency' as an powerful perspective, and also propose 'Coherence' as an useful evaluative or diagnostic standard. From the purpose of instruction, through methods of instruction, to valid evaluating tools, there have to be a kind of consistency. Among every major components and sub components, there must be a certain degree of coherence. These consistency and coherence should be counted by consultant and teachers according to the specialized traits of selected teaching models. I put three different types of teaching models which can be regarded as major models in the field of Moral Education. Selected three models are "Moral Dilemmas Discussion Model, Narrative Model, and Value Clarifying Model". In each models and in every steps of instructional designs based on those models, I want to devise a detailed List of Questioning Categories. And I also tried to make a List of concrete individual questions which is specialized to each teaching models. In MDD model, I tried to propose many lists of questions inspiring the propositional thinking. In Narrative model, I suggested lists of questions boosting the narrative thinking. In VC model, I put forward lists of questions promoting value claryfing processes. I strongly emphasized the importance of questioning plans in every Moral Education teaching classes. Lastly I devised a kind of simple type self check list of questioning habits for Moral Education teachers.

좋은 수업은 좋은 수업 설계에서 나온다. 수업목표에 적절한 수업모형을 택하여 주요 단계를 자신의 수업 환경에 맞게 조정하여 적용하고, 단계별로 필요한 예화와 발문, 평가방법을 미리 준비하는 것이 좋은 수업 설계이다. 이때 목표와 방법, 결과 사이의 일관성과 정합성은 수업 진단 및 컨설팅과정에서 매우 중요한 기준이 된다. 좋은 발문은 각 수업에서 지향하는 수업목표의 성격에 따라 달라져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 도덕과의 특성을 잘 보여주는 대표적인 수업 모형으로 명제적 사고를 길러주고자 하는 딜레마토론 수업모형, 서사적 사고를 길러주고자 하는 내러티브 수업모형, 명료화 사고를 길러주고자 하는 가치명료화 수업모형을 선정하였다. 수업의 목표가 어떤 사고능력을 지향하고 있는가에 맞추어, 그러한 유형의 사고를 촉진하는 발문들을 효과적으로 잘 사용할 수 있는 능력을 교사가 갖추어야 한다고 보기 때문이다. 분석과 판단을 촉진하는 발문, 서사와 공감을 촉진하는 발문, 성찰과 선택을 촉진하는 발문을 구분하여 적절하게 사용하는 능력을 기르기 위해 세 가지 발문 유형별로 주요 기법과 예시를 제시하였다. 아울러 교사들이 스스로의 발문을 점검하고 발문 계획을 세우는 습관을 가질 수 있도록 돕는 점검표와 연습 시나리오를 만들어 보았다. 이를 활용하여 수업의 목표와 방법, 결과에 대한 평가가 모두 일관성을 가지고 추진되는 좋은 도덕과 수업이 널리 확산되기를 기대한다.
