This study is social workers, youth worker and Adults of the multicultural sensitivity, awareness of human rights, empowerment. And the difference is perception of for the demographic and sociological background variables and multicultural sensitivity, awareness of human rights, what the empowerment of correlation, multicultural sensitivity, awareness of human rights factors affecting empowerment the comparative analysis of studies on the basis of empirical data. May 1, 2012 - May 22, that the results of a questionnaire to 160 general adult, 107 social workers, and administrators. 104, sub-area of multicultural sensibility and awareness of human rights social workers, youth worker and the general public. However, did not represent a statistically significant between-group differences. General adult is the highest of the three groups showed statistically significant differences of the political and social empowerment between the two groups of the Youth worker and Social Worker. Awareness of human rights and statistically significant positive correlation indicates human rights, empowerment and multicultural sensitivity. And multi-cultural sensibility, awareness of human rights, empowerment represents statistically significant correlations relationship, affecting multicultural sensibility factors. A based on the results of these studies, a follow-up study is proposed.

본 연구는 사회복지사, 청소년지도사, 일반인간 다문화감수성, 인권의식, 임파워먼트에 대한 인식의 차이는 어떠한지, 인구사회학적 배경변인과 다문화감수성, 인권의식, 임파워먼트의 상관관계는 어떠한지, 다문화감수성, 인권의식, 임파워먼트에 영향을 미치는 변인은 무엇인지 실증적 자료를 토대로 비교분석한 연구이다. 2012년 5월 1일~5월 22일까지 유의표집방법으로 사회복지사 107명, 청소년지도사 104명, 일반성인 160명의 설문지를 분석한 결과, 다문화 감수성의 하위영역과 인권의식이 높은 집단은 청소년지도사, 사회복지사, 일반인 순이었다. 그러나 통계적으로 유의미한 집단간 차이를 나타내지는않았다. 대인관계 임파워먼트의 경우 청소년지도사와 사회복지사 두 집단간 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타냈고 정치사회 임파워먼트는 일반성인이 세 집단 중 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 성별은 학력, 인권의식과 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 나타내고, 인권교육의 유무와 임파워먼트와는 부적인 상관관계를 나타내고 있었으며 인권교육과 다문화 감수성, 다문화 감수성과 인권의식, 임파워먼트가 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 그리고 다문화 감수성에 영향을 미치는 변인이 임파워먼트와 인권의식, 인권교육의 유무, 인권의식에 영향을 미치는 변인은 다문화 감수성, 임파워먼트에 영향을 미치는 변인은 다문화 감수성, 성별, 연령, 직업인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 따른 인권교육의 강화 방안에 대한 제언 및 연구의 의의, 후속연구의 과제를 밝혔다.
