Nobakjipram is a kind of dictionary reference book published for the study of Nogeoldae and Baktongsa by Sejin Choi, the scholar of Chinese classics of the Joseon dynasty. This study process the study on the quotation example appeared at the annotation and the source of references of Nobakjipram. According to this study, the data contains hundreds of various kinds of references, which are scriptures (Confucianism, Buddhism, and Daoism), historical records, encyclopedias, rhyming dictionaries, dictionaries, courtesy guidance, routine daily-life guidance, legal documents, biographies, essays, novels, fortune-telling books, medical books, annotation books of The Shih Ching(Chinese book of poetry) and catalog of books. Therefore, it is figurative that this data has the precious scientific value as containing not only the valuable philological data but also contains abundant cultural historical contents. Through this study, we could notice the importance of acquiring backgrounds, such as customs and cultures of relevant nation and people, again as not just simply stop at learning the language when acquiring a language. Furthermore, the considerate and academic attitude of the author in publication of a reference book for Chinese textbook will be the great example in publication of our foreign language textbooks and reference books today.

『老朴集覽』은 조선시대 한학자인 최세진이 『老乞大』와 『朴通事』의 학습을 위하여 편찬한 일종의 사전류 참고서이다. 본 연구에서는 『老朴集覽』의 주석 부분에 보이는 인용 예문과 참고 문헌의 출처 등에 대한 고찰을 진행하였다. 본 고찰에 의하면 이 자료에는 100여종의 참고 문헌이 등장하는데 그 종류를 살펴보면 經典類(儒佛道)·史書類·百科全書類·韻書類·辭書類·禮儀·日用生活指南·法律典章類·傳記·隨筆集·小說·占書·醫書·詩經註釋書·圖書目錄書 등 다양한 종류가 포함된다. 따라서 이 자료에는 소중한 언어학적 자료뿐만 아니라 풍부한 문화사적 내용을 담고 있어 귀중한 학술적 가치를 지닌다. 본 고찰을 통하여 우리는 한 언어를 습득함에 있어서 단순히 그 말 자체를 배우는 데 그치는 것이 아니라 해당 민족의 풍속과 문화 등 배경지식을 습득하는 것이 더없이 중요함을 다시 한 번 실감하게 된다. 아울러 역학서교재의 참고서 편찬에 있어서 저자의 신중하고도 학구적인 태도는 오늘날 우리의 외국어 교재 및 참고서의 편찬에도 좋은 참고가 될 것이다.
