In this article, I would like to explain the korean justice social welfare public service policy for criminal. In fact, Little has given to the korean justice public service policy for criminal in relation to the produce of the justice social welfare public service which the korean existing studies have not approached about the desirable direction of the korean justice policy. Thus, a good place to start is to know why social welfare public service production with relation to the korean justice system including prison, a reform school, police system, public prosecutor's office, a court of justice, a probation office and korean crime victim center should be necessary in korea. I explained criminal theory and korean justice social welfare public service policy as the fundamental grounds. I asserted it's content and problem and identity on the basic of the crime prevention statistics which korean ministry of justice published in 2011. In conclusion, I make clear the desirable direction of the korean justice social welfare public service policy.

오늘날 우리나라의 사법정책은 경로의존적인 관점에서 진행되어온 것이 사실이다. 다시말하여 경찰단계와 검찰 및 법원공판단계와 교정단계 및 보호단계와 피해자지원단계는 철저히 법적, 경찰학적, 행정학적 관점에서 접근되어왔다. 그러나 그러한 접근은 오히려 클라이언트의 만족성을 저하시켜 형사사법복지재의 생산성을 저해시켜왔다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 그동안 사회복지적 또는 교정복지나 사법복지적 관점에서 한국의 사법복지공공재 생산에 접근해온 적이 거의 없다는 사실을 지적하고 여기에서는 한국사법정책의 방향을 사법복지적 관점에서 전개하고자 한다. 먼저 왜 한국사법 형사정책에서 사회복지적 접근이 필요한 이유와 논거에 대하여 설명하고 이론적 배경으로서 범죄인이론과 사법복지정책이론을 설명한 다음에 사법정책의 내용과 특징을 범죄예방통계를 근거로 운론한 뒤에 한국사법정책의 방향을 서술한다.
