The purpose of the present study is to observe the changes for cuticle’s layers by processing method of the liquid 1 in iron perm. In this study, hair sample obtained by women of 39 age and it manufactured natural hair, color hair and bleach hair as 10 pieces, respectively. The three hair apply by wave agent of iron perm after washing and drying, and then they equipped with heater, humidifier, heat gun, electricity cap and standing at room temperature, respectively. The following results on cuticle’s changes of hair were obtained using this equipment on the Sem. The cuticle’s damage of natural hair, color hair and bleach hair were observed after treatment of heater, humidifier, heat gun, electricity cap and standing at room temperature. The level of damage was the most high in electricity cap among the five methods and their epitheloum was broken and torn. The changes of cuticle’s layer in color hair and bleach hair showed higher than that natural hair. Specially, method standing at room temperature among the five methods showed the lowest damage. Collectively, various treatment methods on the hair were producted cuticle’s damage. Therefore, many efforts to reduce the damage are needed to maintain the ideal hair in the future.
