Recently U.S. is trying to join TPP with many other countries. That, say many expert, is likely to mean that U.S. guard is up at the Asia-Pacific area against power of China. But it tends to think about that problem too simplistically. There are two reasons why we have to think many different ways to figure out this issue. First, both U.S. and China are having a close relationship with politics and economics moreover still the economics corporation is pushing some positively change relationship between U.S. and China. Second, U.S. has changed intention of international trade strategies such as Public Diplomacy and Smart Power Diplomacy. China also has limited national power by political circumstances and lack of experience for Plurilateral Trade Agreement. Therefore we need a study an issue in its broader aspects. Although Korea will not have direct economic shock from TPP. That would put Korea in an awkward position diplomatically. So this paper tested the way of many views as possible in that circumstances for Korea. This test produced results that Korea needs not only deeper understanding but also appropriate approaching about policing strategy of U.S. and China without any narrow point.
