The wetland Ecotourism resource is the basis of carrying out the wetland ecotourism activities, the exploitation potential evaluation of the wetland ecotourism resource is the guarantee condition to achieve the comprehensive development and utilization of wetland tourism resources. The paper regards Changbai Mountain Nature Reserve as the study area, conducted a survey and divided types of wetland ecotourism resources. At the same time, select indicators from the resource itself and other socio-economic impact of factors, and built a system of wetland ecotourism resource exploitation potential evaluation index, determined the index weight by using of analytic hierarchy process , establish the model of a wetland ecotourism resource exploitation potential evaluation. On this basis, select 20 typical wetland attractions(districts) of Changbai Mountain Nature Reserve as the exploitation potential evaluation areas. The results show that: in Changbai Mountain Nature Reserve, West Slope of Tianchi has the exploitation potential, at the same time there are some problems such as seasonal, marketing is not enough and the varying potential of the brand value existing in the Changbai Montain wetland ecotourism. This study has important theoretical and practical significance for the promotion of the regional ecological environment, social and economic coordination and sustainable development, and safeguarding the ecological balance of the region.
