- Main drivers of knowledge activities such as knowledge sharing and utilization are individual members of an organization and thus knowledge management strategies should be discussed in relationship with human capital. This study was to reveal how human capitals of deluxe hotels located in Seoul affect knowledge sharing and utilization. The results shows that human capital has a great effect on the knowledge sharing and utilization. In addition, knowledge sharing effect on the knowledge utilization The results of this research shows that for competitive advantage under the competitive environment of the hotel industry, in addition to human resource management and organizational management, the management system which emphasizes the importance of human capital, knowledge sharing and utilization.
