This thesis presupposes that the development of technology is to bring on the change in the medium application. Accordingly, it has also been bring various changes in an angle of view of the Christian church with the use of medium. In this situation, it was increased that is the necessity of method to apply the technological elements in Christian worship. A disputant stated the theological grounds of worship technology through the old and new testaments with history of worship for biblical answer and its alternative. Through this, it showed that theological problems have not to use technological methods for Christian worship. Because the purpose of worship is to consecrate to God as opposed to a skill. In this basis, a disputant examined as how modern culture make rapid progress to image culture from oral and word to propose a worship technology through history of worship. A disputant defined that is not violated the Scripture and theology what Christian church does utilize technological elements in worship with ground of the biblical understanding on technology. Through this, it had desired to contribute the academic development for new form of worship in Korean church to propose worship leaders those they should actively use rather than the worship of Korean church exclude technological elements in actuality.

본 논문은 기술의 발전이 매체 활용에 대한 변화를 가져오고 있음을 전제한다. 이에 따라 기독교회의 매체사용에 대한 시각에도 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 이런 가운데 기독교 예배에 공학적 요소를 활용하는 방법의 필요성은 증대되었다. 논자는 이러한 요구에 대한 성경적 대답과 그에 따른 대안을 위하여 구약성경, 신약성경 그리고 예배 역사를 통하여 예배공학의 신학적 근거를 논술하였다. 이를 통하여 기독교에서 예배를 위하여 기술적 방법을 사용하는 것은 신학적인 문제가 없음을 증명하였다. 그것은 예배의 목적이 기술이 아니라 하나님께 영광을 돌리는 데 있기 때문이다. 논자는 이를 기초로 예배 역사를 통한 예배공학을 제시하면서 그것이 현대 문화가 구두문화에서 문자 문화로 그것은 또다시 영상 문화로 급진전하고 있기 때문임을 규명하였다. 논자는 기독교회가 공학에 대한 성경적 이해를 바탕으로 예배에 공학적 요소를 활용하는 것이 성경과 신학에 위배되지 않음을 밝혔다. 이를 통하여 한국교회의 예배가 현실의 기술적 요소를 배제하지 않고 오히려 이를 적극 사용하여야 한다는 사실을 예배담당자에게 제안하여 한국교회의 새로운 예배 형태를 위한 학문적 발전에 이바지하고자 하였다
