The purpose of this study was to identify the Relationships among Teaching Belief, Pedagogical Content Knowledge and Expertise of elementary school Teacher's Physical Education. A total of 371 subjects from elementary schools in metropolitan areas answered the given questionnaires. Teaching belief questionnaires scales and pedagogical content knowledge and expertise questionnaire were used. Focused interview, participant's observation, and document analysis have been use. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, correlation, and standard multiple regression analysis were conducted. The results of this study are as follow. First, elementary school Teacher's Teaching Belief, Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) and Expertise according to the demographic features are partially different. Second, elementary school teacher's pedagogical content knowledge and expertise were partly influenced by teaching belief tendency. Third, there was relation between elementary school teacher's pedagogical content knowledge and expertise. The effect of elementary school teachers' PCK and expertise positively influenced the expertise of them.

이 연구는 초등교사의 체육수업 지도가치신념에 따른 수업지식과 전문성의 관계를 실증적으로 구명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 서울, 인천, 경기에 근무하고 있는 초등교사 371명을 대상으로 가치신념 도구와 수업지식과 전문성을 묻는 도구를 사용하여 수집된 자료는 SPSS PC+15.0을 이용하여 기술통계와 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 일원변량분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구방법과 절차를 통해 분석한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등교사의 성별, 나이와 경력에 따른 지도가치신념의 차이가 있었다. 성별, 나이, 경력에 따라 수업지식의 차이가 있었다. 성별, 나이에 따라 전문성의 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 초등교사의 지도가치신념에 따른 수업지식은 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었고, 전문성에서는 영역에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 초등교사의 수업지식은 전문성과 모두 정적인 상관관계가 있었다. 초등교사의 수업지식이 전문성과 양적 영향을 주고 있음을 의미한다.
