The purpose of this study is to develop valid and reliable selection criteria required to select an recognized technology․home economics textbook in school. To achieve this, literature review and Delphi survey were carried out. The questionnaire for Delphi survey was formulated through consultations in the professional council based on the theoretically derived criteria(proposal) for selecting an recognized technology․home economics textbook. Delphi survey was conducted over two rounds of a sample of 20 technology․home economics teachers among those who were recommended by Metropolitan and Provincial Offices of Education. In the first Delphi survey, evaluation areas and contents of selection criteria were surveyed, and the questionnaire for the second round Delphi survey was made on the basis of them. In the second Delphi survey, both validity and significance of each evaluation area and content of selection criteria were analyzed, which led to develop valid and reliable criteria for selecting an recognized technology․home economics textbook consisting of 6 areas and 37 items. The main results from Delphi analysis are as follow. First, it showed that evaluation items such as ‘appropriateness of level of learning contents’ ‘connectivity of learning objectives and evaluation,’ ‘validity of chapter exercises,’ and ‘recentness of pictures and photos’ had high validity. Second, the Cronbach’s alpha estimate computed from validity of each evaluation item in order to examine the reliability of selection criteria was .964, suggesting it was comprised of items that had relatively high reliability. Although three items turned out to lower the reliability, the estimate of the whole reliability was very high and given that not only the extent of the increase in reliability was very small with the exclusion of these three items but also they were considered highly valid, they were included. Third, the items such as ‘characteristics of curriculum and objectives’, ‘appropriateness of the quantity of contents,’ ‘consistency in organizing learning contents,’ ‘relevance to real life,’ ‘connectivity of learning objectives and evaluation,’ and ‘usefulness of teachers guide’ were critical in terms of the significance of criteria for selecting an recognized technology․home economics textbook.

이 연구는 기술·가정 인정교과서를 학교에서 선정할 때 필요한 타당하고 신뢰로운 선정 준거를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 연구의 주요 방법으로 문헌 고찰과 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 델파이 조사지는 이론적으로 도출한 기술·가정 인정교과서 선정 준거(안)를 바탕으로 전문가 협의회를 통해 완성하였다. 델파이 조사는 전국 시·도 교육청의 추천을 받은 기술․가정 교사 중에서 20명을 대상으로 2라운드에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 1차 델파이 조사에서는 선정 준거의 평가 영역 및 내용 구성에 대한 조사가 이루어졌으며, 이를 바탕으로 2차 델파이 조사지를 완성하였다. 2차 델파이 조사에서는 선정 준거의 평가 영역 및 평가 항목의 타당도와 중요도를 분석하였으며, 이를 통해 최종적으로 6개 영역, 37개 항목의 타당하고 신뢰로운 기술·가정 인정교과서 선정 준거를 개발하였다. 주요 델파이 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기술․가정 인정교과서 선정 준거의 타당도에서 ‘기술․가정 학습 내용 수준의 적절성’, ‘학습목표와 평가의 연계성’, ‘단원종합문제의 타당성’, ‘그림과 사진의 최신성’ 등의 평가 항목이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 선정 준거의 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 평가 항목별 타당도에 대한 Cronbach α값을 산출한 결과 .964로 매우 높게 나타나 비교적 신뢰도가 높은 항목들로 구성되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 3개의 평가 항목이 신뢰도를 저하시키는 항목으로 나타났으나, 전체 신뢰도 계수가 매우 높게 나타났고 이 항목들을 제외했을 때의 신뢰도 계수 증가 정도가 극히 작을 뿐만 아니라 타당도가 높은 항목들이어서 그대로 포함하였다. 셋째, 기술․가정 인정교과서 선정 준거의 중요도에서는 ‘교육과정 성격 및 목표’, ‘내용 분량의 적절성’, ‘학습 내용 조직의 일관성’, ‘실생활 관련성’, ‘학습 목표와 평가의 연계성’, ‘교사용 지도서의 유용성’ 등이 중요도가 높은 항목으로 나타났다.
