The purpose of this study is correct discipline and academic qualifications in terms of welfare (organization) to analyze the influence of commitment is what. This certification training study investigating the effect of flow and thereby seeking to effective job training and business and policy makers is to take advantage of on-site. Training facilities in Gyeonggi Province in the center of the 110 trainees as a result of a questionnaire survey of the academic qualifications and training satisfaction influences commitment. Satisfaction and training, academic qualifications satisfactory qualifications appear to affect the flow of academic training influence on the commitment. But the most important academic qualifications and commitment satisfaction negative effect appears to be not the policy of the authorities here were necessary to prepare countermeasures. Job training program that post on here after an urgent need for measures that would raise. Practical experience and qualifications not linked to an increase in social costs associated will be an element of tremendous social waste.

본 연구의 목적은 교정복지 측면에서 자격증훈련과 학업(조직)몰입 간의 영향을 분석하는 것에 있다. 이를 통해 자격증훈련이 학업몰입에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하고 이를 통해 효과적인 직업훈련 방안을 모색하여 정책당국과 비즈니스 현장에서 활용하는데 있다. 경기도에 소재하는 훈련 기관을 중심으로 훈련생 110명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 한 결과 자격증 취득과 훈련만족도는 학업몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자격증만족도와 훈련만족도는 학업몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나서 자격증훈련은 학업몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 가장 중요한 자격증취득 후 만족도는 학업몰입에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 않는 것으로 나타나서 여기에 대한 정책당국의 대책마련이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 즉 직업훈련을 실시 후에 여기에 대한 사후 대책마련이 절실히 요구된다고 하겠다. 현장실무와 연계하지 못한 자격증 취득은 사회비용의 증가로 연결되어 엄청난 사회적 낭비의 요소가 될 것이다.
