This study focused on role of the central government and local government, establishing an institutional base, and its implications for korean company through chinese development of Bonded primary Logistic Park. Recently there are very repid growth for logistics demand in china. And in china, international logistic service there are main background for development of Bonded Logistic Park with need for increasing demand and the smooth service supply in international logistics. So far, china has ten Bonded Logistic Parks on the east coastland. Because Bonded Logistic Park more relative in bonded policy and port logistics then Bonded Area, export-import companies have some benefit reduce cost but also simplify of cost and simplify complicated customs procedures, etc. Chinese government has a future plan to supply international logistic service for export-import companies with the interior Bonded Logistic Park. Therefore, korean investment company have to consider comprehension and usage of new system with change of policy in Bonded Logistic Park.
