This paper focuses specially on a program of Career Studies against following two points. ■ Lack of career consciousness Increasing the number of NEET (Non Education, Employed or Trained) and freeter (job‐hopping part‐timer) ■ Sectionalism of Social Structures Lack of partnership between JH schools and college in the community This paper is divided into the following four parts. ■ Research background and Issues 　 ・Learning as a practical science and Changing in career education in Japan ■ Method and the Procedure ・Developmental theory(developmental tasks) and Brain science 　 ■ Results 　 ・Definition, Skills and Case Study Approach in Career Education ■ Conclusion & Discussion 　・Career Education Work together as a team, positive relationship. Learn how to communicate and think critically.

일본어

本論は、ニート[NEET;日本における無業者(主に35歳未満の若年者)]・フリーター[和製造語(｢フリーランス・アルバイター｣の略称)]問題と｢高等学校・大学連携(高大連携)｣におけるキャリア教育の課題解決を｢特色あるキャリア教育プログラムの探究｣に求め、その論及を1．研究の背景・問題の所在(日本国における｢実学としての学習｣とキャリア教育の変遷)、2．方法・手続き(脳科学と発達理論)、3．結　果(キャリア教育における、①定義、②スキル、③事例研究)、及び4．考察及び結論(｢グループワーク型の授業モデル｣の導入による学習改善)の4構成から論及を行ったものである。
