The purpose of this study is the growing elderly hierarchy who are experiencing various problems of poverty, alienation, loss of role, a rupture of social relations and ways to eliminate a portion of a recreational activity is to seek ways to activate. To this end, Korea Institute for Health and Social Life Survey of the Senior Citizens of Ministry of Tourism and Sports and Cultural Activities in the literature for research activities through the participation of the elderly appeared actual condition clarify the issue of these problems by improving there creational policies and activities for seniors elderly's mental and physical health maintenance. to meet the evolving needs as well as other personal intimacy that can be formed by forming a network of older people in the community can integrate socially. Utilized as part of a healthy elderly leisure recreational activities for the young and the elderly to give the value of life is more effective than any method or means of studies have proven many policies, practices and State and local governments, so spare. Recreation continues to promote policies and academic research and the investigation that suggest sit should be.
