The purpose of this study was to the effect of interactive cinema therapy on the depression and aggression of institutionalized children. The subjects of the study were a total 21 children who lived in I institution in H gun. The data was collected from Jun 7 to July 26 in 2011(once a week, 8 separate sessions). Before the program, I compared the first experiment group and second non-experiment group in terms of the level of depression and aggression and found out that there were no significant differences between two groups. However, after 8 sessions of interactive cinema therapy, the members of the two tested groups show differences. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test, paired t-test, analysis using SPSS 12.0 program. The significant differences and changes noticed after the administration of interactive cinema therapy program are as follows: Even though there were some degrees of personal difference, participants' over all aggression level decreased and the depression level of participants decreased. The study showed that during the course of program, decrease of depression and aggression of institutionalized children. Therefore, to suggest it as the mental health nursing intervention for institutional children which can control depression and aggression.

본 연구는 일 지역 시설아동의 우울과 공격성을 감소하기 위하여 상호작용적 영화치료프로그램을 실시하고 그 효과를 검증하는 연구이다. 본 연구의 프로그램은 상호작용적 영화치료의 지시적, 연상적, 정화적 접근방법과 김상민(2009)의 영화치료 지도과정을 참조하여 총8회기로 구성하였다. 대상자는 H지역의 I아동보호시설에서 우울과 공격성 검사를 하여 우울과 공격성이 높은 아동 중 21명을 실험군과 통제군으로 나누어 주1회, 1회기 120분으로 프로그램을 실시하였다. 연구결과 상호작용적 영화치료프로그램에 참여한 시설아동의 우울과 공격성이 유의미하게 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서 실시된 상호작용적 영화치료프로그램은 시설아동의 우울과 공격성 감소를 위한 아동 정신간호 중재프로그램 개발의 기초연구가 될 것으로 사료된다. 하지만 연구의 대상자가 일 지역의 아동시설이라는 제한점이 있으며, 프로그램의 효과가 구체적으로 어떤 측면에서 변화를 주었는지에 대한 질적 연구의 필요를 제언한다.
